Admission procedure

Registration

The Registration Forms should be filled and submitted to the school before the last date of the registration.

Illegible and Incomplete registration forms will not be accepted.

The date of the interview or test will be given at the time of the submission of the registration form. The school authorities can change the date and time of the interview according to them.
Issue of registration form does not imply admission which is subject to admission Test/interview/interaction and also to the availability of seats.

A photocopy of the birth certificate issued by the Municipal corporation or concerned civic authority must accompany the Registration Form for all classes, photocopy of the report card of the last exam passed must be attached to the school registration form for classes I and above.

The minimum age requirement for admission to class play Group-I is 2 years as of 1st April of the academic year in which the application is submitted. It is essential that the age is accurately indicated on the application forms. Requests for exceptions to the age requirement will not be considered.

Admission

• The official Application Form, attached with this brochure, must be completed %& registered only by paying the Registration fee, which is not refunded. All the Admissions are made based on entrance examination/interview. Those children who are registered will be only notified of the date of the examination. After examining the child, the Principal has all the right to admit the child in the 4 classes in the class deemed suitable for him/her. No entrance test is required for Play Group I.
• Age Requirements for the students should complete the age indicated in the table below against the class, preferably by the commencement of the academic year.
• The School informs the Parents/Guardians when a child is selected for admission. However, the offer shall be treated as confirmed only if the fees & security deposit have been paid within the stipulated time. If a child fails to enroll in the school by the designated deadline, despite having received confirmation of admission, the full annual tuition fees will be applicable.
• For the child who has been to school previously & is attending this school for the first time, a Transfer Certificate is mandatory from the previous school even if the DOB is mentioned on the transfer certificate. The date of birth once entered in the Admission Register will not be changed under any circumstances. On withdrawal, a TC (Transfer Certificate) will be issued if a no-due certificate has been given & all fees have been paid according to the school rules.
• The Principal has all the right to accept or reject any application for admission without assigning any reason. Admission to DVIS Langha is a privilege and not a right.
• The fee once deposited to the school will not be refunded in any case.

Security
The school will refund the whole security deposit along with the settlement of the student’s account, provided that there are no outstanding amounts payable to the school by the parent concerned. In situations where there are pending balances from the student’s side, the security deposit will be utilized for adjustment. The security deposit can only be refunded upon the submission of the security receipt. It is advisable to retain the security receipt in a secure location until your child completes their studies at the school.
