Refund

At Doon Valley International School, we value the trust you place in us by enrolling your child in our institution. We understand that situations may arise where a refund may be necessary. Please read our refund policy carefully.

1. Admission Fee
The admission fee is non-refundable under any circumstances once paid.

2. Tuition Fee

  • If a student withdraws before the start of the academic session, 75% of the tuition fee will be refunded.
  • If withdrawal occurs within the first 15 days of the academic session, 50% of the tuition fee will be refunded.
  • After 15 days from the start of the session, no refund will be processed.

3. Hostel & Transport Fee (if applicable)

  • Hostel and transport fees are refundable only if withdrawal is requested before the services have commenced.
  • Once availed, no refund will be provided for the hostel or transport services for the period used.

4. Mode of Refund

  • All eligible refunds will be processed within 15 working days to the original mode of payment or through a bank transfer.
  • A formal request must be submitted in writing to the school office or emailed to dvinternationalschool2021@gmail.com

5. Cancellation of Admission by School
In the rare event that the school cancels a student’s admission due to disciplinary reasons or non-compliance, no refund will be processed.

6. Special Circumstances
In case of serious health issues, relocation, or family emergencies, refund decisions will be made on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of the school management.
